The waxes I use in our wax melts, tarts and wickless candles are a pure soy wax. (may be subject to frosting (white film) and/or cracking. The wax does contain a soy-based additive that allows the wax to be poured at hotter temperatures, which helps reduce frosting and increases the fragrance load. It is also both FDA-approved and Kosher-certified.
The company from which we purchase our fragrances may or may not offer
the same scent for both products.
Please keep in mind that any fragrance
must be suitable for use on the skin for us to incorporate it into our
soaps.
If a fragrance is designated as "candle only" by our supplier, it
will not be included in our soaps unless they provide an alternative
version that is deemed safe for skin application.
However, I have come
across many fragrances that can be used for both purposes.
The white film on the wax (aka frosting) is a natural byproduct of pure soy wax. We do try to minimize the frosting in everyway we can but unfortunately, still cannot get rid of it completely and it will most likely return when the candle cools after being lit..
This is another natural byproduct of pure soy wax. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about it unless you want to warm the tops of your candles each time to smooth them out. We are hoping the new wax will reduce these issues.

We are an authorized seller of Cinderwings thanks to our partner company Design Creations (DC).
DC adds the color profiles and prints them in the materials we ask for them in. DC does this for all the Cinderwings
3D prints found at/on EoM until we can purchase our own Bamboo Labs 3D Printer.
All our 3D prints currently come from Design Creations.
They use a Bamboo Labs X1 Carbon to print all of the 3D printed products for EoM. Most products are made with PLA filament but there are some that are printed with PETG. We do specify which one was used.
PLA is a recyclable, natural thermoplastic polyester that is derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. (Does not handle high heat or direct hot sunlight without warping.)
PETG is a Glycol Modified version of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), which is commonly used to manufacture water bottles. (Can handle heat and direct sunlight.)
PLA does NOT bond with PETG at the layer level .
Taking care of our bamboo cutting boards is very simple.
Do NOT put them
in the dishwasher, as it will dry out the wood and potentially warp it.
Treat the board at least once a month with mineral oil or another oil
and wax to protect it.
We use Walrus brand Cutting Board oils and waxes
to treat all our boards before they are sold.
Absolutely! 100% Natural. For both the oil and the wax, the ingredients
are Mineral oil, Beeswax, and Vitamin E.
Each one just uses a different
percentage of each to get the consistency needed.
